When demolishing a large building with multiple sub panels and keeping four live to power temp panels to abate asbestos. I pulled all branch circuit breakers cut and taped all branch wires including from ground bar and neutral bars, leaving feeder wires terminated including neutral and ground wires. I installed 60 amp breaker to feed temp panel. I pulled fuses from seven sub panels that will not be used while abating asbestos, the demolition contractor wants it to be safe to remove all branch conduit and wires.
