Is it okay to land the cords from the nitch lights directly into the panel or do they have to hit the deck box first? I see in 680.24 it talks about strain relief for the cords. I'm not sure how I would do this if the 1" PVC goes into the panel with a TA.
The panel is about 3' above the water line.

No experience in this regard, but I see 680.24(A) and (B) both refer to a no-niche luminaire... so not sure what you want to know.

If the cord enters the panel from within PVC conduit, how does it enter the PVC? If the answer to that is the deck box, then where the cord enters the deck box is where the strain relief goes. If you are saying there is no deck box and you simply run the cord into the PVC conduit, then you can't do that. At best, you can use a female adapter on that end and screw in a cable gland connector.

It depends on the type of light you have in the pool. With that said, all lights other than "Dry-Niche" have to go to a junction box or other listed enclosure.

As far as the strain relief, you can use this....

You would need a female adapter to screw this in to. There may be other connectors that would work with PVC, but I don't know.

It says to the forming shell OR the mounting bracket for a no-niche. It mentions the no-niche mounting bracket because it doesn't have a forming shell. It's not just for no-niche lights.

Then you need a junction box with 5 entries. One for each of the lights and one for the power. Or a junction box for each light with power running to/from each. Or maybe a junction box for two lights and another for three.

The last one I did had two lights. I had a junction box for each light. Power came from panel to the first box and then the other was fed from the first via a separate conduit between the boxes.

Ya thats what I was thinking too. Power to the first one and then Im gonna daisy chain them together with 3/4" poly tough
