NFPA70E. 
Mostly arc flash and shock protection stuff. Most of it I had already gleaned. But it was nice to get it in an organized way, and there were quite a few tidbits that I did learn. And I got a nice card certifying I have been trained.
Mostly the class reinforced my desire not to mess around inside open electrical cabinets. Lots of gory photographs. The instructor said OSHA requires the photographs. Also that it cannot be an online course like many OSHA required classes are these days.
