Toggle switch for whirlpool

Hello
Can I install a basic toggle switch near a whirlpool tub in order to control pump? The old switch is obsolete and no pneumatic switch will fit in hole. Also control board is bad.

Looks like they just have to be outside of the tub or shower space. Article 404.4(C).

I am sorry I was thinking hot tub not hydromassage tub. You are correct that the switch just needs to be out of the footprint of the tub
