Toning out Underground

Good Afternoon
I have a project in which the branch circuit feeding light poles had the conduit removed during grading of a landscape area. Client is asking us to determine direction conduit goes to intercept. Is anyone aware of a toner that is strong enough to read 24" or so down through asphalt?

You'll need a locator like the UG locating companies use. You local locating company may do it for a fee.
