Topaz EMT fittings- YUK

I am barring Topaz fittings from my truck......The locknuts are "offsized" and the EMT fitting threads wont fit NPT like a Myres Hub, or form7....It's happened to me three times now, and two of those, it caused me to drive across town back to the supply house.....I've already told my supplier, dont; fill my order if you use Topaz

Well, maybe you can get some relief from Topaz by writing a letter to them and point out your problems,
their products have a life time warranty.

On their web they have 1,000's of products listed. But it also says this:

Today, Topaz employs over 150 professionals and support staff nationally. We operate out of 14 warehouses in the US to provide our customers with an extensive selection of quality lamps, fittings and downlighting products.

If you do the math they have maybe 11 workers per warehouse. But then where do they get their products? My guess is China.

never used their smaller sizes...but haven't had problems on their larger sizes...2" +

I have never heard of Topaz fittings before, how long have they been around?

Sometimes you have to beat them onto the end of the conduit.
