Just looking for confirmation and code reference for requirement of the use of torque screwdrivers in panelboards and for other equipment terminations.

Is there any reference other than 110.14 FPN?

Most manufacturers installation instructions come with some type of torque requirements. The NEC does not specify torque values. Section 110.3(B) would be your code reference.

Re: Torque Screwdrivers

Thanks, pierre.

That's the general direction I was headed with the other reference. I am trying to convince management to purchase the tool and they need a good reason other than my opinion. I told them liability for damage upon failure due to under/over torque, but that didn't seem to be enough.
