I have six lots in which their is going to be six townhomes. Each townhome will have its own electric utility service 120/240V single phase. The worst case demand load calculation out of six services is 150A.
So the service disconnect is fused at 200A outside each townhome. The incoming service entrance conductor size is either 3#2/0 copper or 3#4/0 Aluminum.
The feeder from service disconnect fused at 200A to the panelboard inside townhome is sized at either 3#2/0 copper or 3#4/0 Aluminum.
Typically for 200A overcurrent protection 3/0 AWG copper would be used. However I am not sure how it works with townhome would 2/0AWG copper or 4/0AWG Aluminum okay as service entrance conductor size and feeder size from service disconnect to panelboard?
