So, would you say the KO is tamper resistant or, since it is "not of any use at all", tamper proof!

Is that thing symetrical?
Is the ko still useless if you flip that thing 180 degrees?

I do like the duplex fronts. The stuff we put in are single receptacles spaced 12" or 6".

we used to use 2100 plugmold. Its a decora style1 duplex per 1'. You can buy90's t's, live ends, end caps. We use them for undercounter kit outlets...I havent heard if there is a TR version though.

KO's line up with receptacle no matter which way you turn it.

Nothing that cant be taken care of with a Unibit.

It is easier to install than the standard plugmold, much more room to play with.

It's amazing that a manfacturer would live with an obvious flaw in their KO design. I don't know how many times I've contacted them. Most of the time they don't even say thanks.

Did they mold an indentation for the knockout into the fold over tab that goes behind the receptacle? It looks like it from the photo, which would indicate that they definitely knew the knockout was going there. Seems obvious. However, I think obvious is clearly hidden a lot of times.

Is that product made by Wiremold?

If the KO is in the back plate and the plate is mounted to the bottom of an upper cabinet, how does the NM (I assume) get routed from the wall to the KO? I have mounted the plugmold to the wall and I'm curious how it works when mounted to the cabinet bottom.

I would imagine there is an end fitting to feed into the end. (2000 series I believe) I mounted it to an angled piece of wood and had enough room to feed into the bottom.

Here is anicer looking plugstrip, angled for easier access when mounted under cabinets in a kitchen. TR version is to be available in Feb, 2009 the last I talked to a factory rep about it. Pretty nice stuff, easy to install. http://www.tasklighting.com/ap/angle-strip.htm

I have used this in the past. It is far from eay to install. The factory connections on the receptacles are pretty crappy stab in type.

I would not use it in my own home.

the TR version of the plugmold I used is the easiest plugmold I have installed. It's still a pain in the back though.
