Track Lighting

NEC Article 220.12 (B) specifies method for calculating track light loads. However the wording is very confusing as it reads in part:

"...an additional 150 volt-amperes shall be included for every 600mm (2ft) of lighting track..."

Question: The load calculaion is in "addition" to what?

It is in addition to all the other loads in the building.

In case you haven't already, notice that this is for feeders and services, not branch circuits.
