What is the trade name on rubberized black conduit hub entering this enclosure? Its not a Myers Hub.

It is. Class 2 Div 2.

It looks like a PVC coated Myers hub.
cant tell if it's classified.

this is a heat shrink boot for heat traced instrument tubing, not a conduit connector. We install them in the gas chromatograph buildings we fabricate.

it is non metallic, and wouldn't provide bonding of the conduit.
