I am troubleshooting a train wash for the transit company I work for, it is similar to a car wash. Trains come through wash hitting wands which are attached to a limit switch, which in turn pulls in related coil and contacter for pumps, brushes, blower motors etc. Everything working fine at first but then one of my motor control contacts begins chattering because of under voltage. It holds at first reading 120 across coil. When last wand switch pulls in it starts chattering reading 75V across coil. Replaced some limit switches not problem. Any Ideas out there? Thinking it could be control transformer going bad or possibly a bad output board in PLC controller. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
