Transfer cars are used to move heavy stuff in industrial settings. Should the breaker/conductor of transfer cars be sized as per NEC 620 (elevators) or by NEC 610 (cranes) ? Thanks

If it on rails, would say 610 is more appropriate. I did a search for Trolley and most of my hits are in 610. Zero hits in 620. If it is a vertical lift like a dumbwaiter or inclined conveyer type, I might say 620 is more appropriate.

NEC 610.43(1) requires the overload protection for cranes. If we put a thermal-magnetic breaker in the main power feeder to the crane, will it be enough to provide the overload protection as required by 610.43(1)? Or should we put a separate overload (starter) in addition to the the thermal-magnetic breaker?
