Transfer switch equipment grounds

I'm installing an automatic transfer switch for a residential stand by generator.

This particular style allows for circuits to be backed up in the event of a power loss.

Ungrounded branch circuits( hot conductors) will be moved from the main panel and landed on breakers in the transfer switch along with corresponding neutral conductors for each circuit.

What I'm not sure, in order for code compliance ,do the equipment grounds for each existing NM cable also need to land on the EG bar in the switch as opposed to leaving them in the main panel on the bonded EG/ Neutral bar?

The transfer switch ground bar will be connected to the main panel EG/Neutral bar with the appropriate size conductor.

I will leave the Neutral bar in the transfer switch (floating) and the Equipment bar in the transfer switch bonded to the enclosure.

Thank you.

One properly sized equipment ground from the T/S to the panel would be compliant IMO.
