Transformer above sink

The title of this thread sounds like bad situation...

There is an existing installation where we have a transformer above a mop sink in a tenant space. The owner would like to replace the mop sink with a 3-compartment sink which would require an inspection. I know a transformer doesn't necessarily require 110.26 clearances so I don't exactly see an issue with the transformer but the disconnect on the primary/secondary side may be an issue. I think the 3-comp sink is going to extend underneath the disconnect. Any input? See attached.

I see a code violation in the making. The disconnect does require working clearances, and that would prohibit putting the sink under it.

It doesn't look like the sink is under the disconnect.

Yes, thats my issue with it. I believe that is the primary side disconnect so it shouldn't be too much of an issue to re-locate it like it would if it was the secondary. Maybe replace it with a J-box and run a new feeder to a disconnect on a different wall.

What is the power source for the primary disconnect? The code does not require that you have a primary disconnect at or within sight from the transformer.
