transformer bank neutral connection

Attached pictures are for two different neutral connections for Y-Y transformer bank. Could you explain the basic difference from current flow perspective and also the consequences (if any) of these two different connections please?

I don't see any real difference in the two connections....electrically they appear to be the same to me. Wye-wye transformers are rare outside of the utility world, but I see you work for a utility.
