Transformer calculation

hello community. I need help with this transformer. How do I calculate primary breaker size and secondary breaker / disconnect size.

Is this transformer capable of pumping out 250 amp on load size at 480v.

This is what I have
225kva 3 phase
240 - 480/277

I been reading a lot and just wanna make sure all my math is correct. I called Maddox to double check with them on my math and a few questions. But their customer service is terrible..

If any body has good link for literature on transformers.
