I have a pad mount transformer. The doors open to expose the primary side and the other door exposes a main breaker rated 600amp 480volt. What is the working clearance behind me looking at the door openings? They have constructed a 2foot wall around the transformer giving only 30 inches from the transformer.

AFAIK, you do not have specific clearance requirements for a transformer. On the other hand, I'm not sure I'm understanding how the transformer got into the room or if the proper ventilation requirements are met.

Not in a room!! Unless you are 2 feet tall. Pad mount retaining wall. Pull your head out !!

Factory Mutual might be a source

Possibly check FM, for utility company transformers, seems its 3 foot clear around three sides.
The front can range from 6-15 feet pending utility, and pending the lenghth of their hot sticks
