transformer disconnect question

I have an electrical closet that has a 480/277 volt panel feeding a 208/120 volt panel via a 15kv transformer all located in same closet. due to clearance issues I need to move the transformer to a room across the hall. Do I need a disconnect on the line or load side of the transformer in the new location?

Welcome.
As far as the primary disconnect, take a look at 450.14. You have a couple of options.
As far as the secondary, you will most likely need secondary disconnect/overcurrent. Art 240.21(C) should give you guidance.
