Mike's recent article in EC&M on the "Ups & Downs of Transformer Installations" had a graphic, that brought back a question I had to an age old problem. What is a/the code-compliant method of routing the grounding electrode conductor, into the transformer enclosure. I have seen it run up through the ventalation opening, through an un-bushed hole punched in the side, through chase nipples, with RX clamps & w/o. The pictorial just shows the GEC just running straight in. Any thoughts or am I being to anal about this?
