Transformer neutral

This is for exam prep. I’m having trouble wrapping my head around sizing the neutral for a transformer. Do I use table table 250.102 (c) (1) and base it of size of the phase conductor. Or do I base it of maximum unbalanced load. Thanks in advance.

We like for you to try and answer first. Look at table 250.102(c) and what does it say it is used for.... go from there

I believe it should be the larger of the unbalanced load or table 250.102 (c) (1).
