Transformer neutrals

Hello - I would like to get some advice regarding 3 MVA transformers with a wye secondary serving switchgear with no neutral. Can anyone point me to a specific code where it talks about whether or not that neutral should be grounded at the transformer secondary?

Are you using Restricted Earth Fault protection? At 3MVA I sincerely hope you are.

Look up type 87N REF relays and CT?s and read along with the codes Don has given.
