Transformer Noise Levels

A colleague just asked me whether there is an industry standard that governs (i.e., intends to limit) noise levels from transformers. His role is to establish criteria by which to evaluate proposals from contractors who wish to bid on the project. The transformer of interest is being replaced, and is on the order of 20 MVA. I don't have project drawings available, but my best guess is that there is a medium voltage primary and a 480/277V secondary.

Any ideas? Is this in the NEMA world, or the IEEE world, or elsewhere?

IEEE C57.136-2000 is for liquid filled power transformers over 500kVA and specifically addresses sound abatement requirements.
