transformer options for 480 to 320V 60Hz

For some testing I need about 45kW at 400V DC.

Currently we have available in the lab 480V and 208V three phase, giving about 700V or 270V DC.

The simplest concept is to just get a custom transformer 480V delta primary 320V wye secondary.

Before I go down the custom route, is there a common 'off the shelf' solution that I should be looking at?

Call Acme Transformer tech support. And ask them. There may be something they already have that is close. In some respects it depends on how close you have to get.
