Transformer primary disconnect

I am working on an EV panel for a multi-family commercial garage. The feed for the 75KVA transformer is on the first floor. Does the transformer require a local disconnect that is in sight of the transformer?
 
No but it is required to be labeled as to the location of the disconnecting means for the primary.
