I have a 150kva transformer with primary protection at 125%. The secondaries leave the room but go less than 25'. I don't think you need over current protection but do you need a disconnect, or both?
as far as transformer protection, Art 450, you don't. As far as conductor protection, depends on some variables (delta-delta vs delta-wye, etc). see 240.21 (C)
