On a 480V Primary 240V (L-L) Secondary, single-phase transformer, am I required to install an OCPD in each leg of my 240V (L-L) transformer secondary? Can you point me to the NEC section that states this?

You can protect it on the primary only if you want, unless you have 120 volt loads.

That is not what the code says.

240.4 (F) Transformer Secondary Conductors. Single-phase (other
than 2-wire) and multiphase (other than delta-delta, 3-wire)
transformer secondary conductors shall not be considered to
be protected by the primary overcurrent protective device.

It does not matter what the voltage is. It matters that it is a 2 wire circuit or not.

If the secondary of a transformer with a 240V secondary had 120V loads, it could not be a 2 wire circuit.
