I have 480/277V to 208/120V three phase 112.5kva transformer secondary conductors 2 sets of 3/0 awg, #3 EG feeding to 400 amps disconnect switch labeled E2.

The line side of the disconnect switch E2 I have 4 - 500kcmil, #1/0G to 208/120V, three phase, 400 amp MCB panel labeled CL.

The load side of the disconnect switch E2 I have 2 sets of 3/0awg, #3 EG feeding to 208/120V, three phase 400 amps MLO panel GL.

My question Is the above transformer secondary condcutor tap of a tap, splice or even allowed under 240.21(C) since the secondary transformer conductor feed disco E2 feed to Panel GL and at disco E2 feed Panel CL?

Something is not making sense. You have two different sets of line side conductors for the switch E2.

At line side of switch E2 terminal I have incoming transformer secondary conductors. However at line side of E2 same terminal as transformer secondary conductors are incoming, I also I have outgoing conductors feeding Panel C1.

Also load side of the swtich E2 feeds panel GL.

Start a new thread after you get your terminology and actual installation straight.
