Greetings,

In order to meet this requirement what do you recommend when there is an oil filled transformer next to other equipment i.e. another transformer or a back up generator outdoor?

Is this an existing or new condition? If new, go with FR3 liquid that is not considered a fire hazard (we install them inside buildings).
If existing, concrete block walls often are good.

It is new but the transformer is an utility owned transformer. So they put whatever is cheaper.
