Transformer Short Circuit Power Factor

Have 480 volt transformer primary volts @454 v 120/208 secondary
195 volts ,
till power company addresses I have major server room upc randomly coming on to assist low 120volt outlet can I use buck boost to 480 / 120 to condition 12 amp 120 volt circuit the rest of office does not seem to be affected

Do you have taps on the transformer? Perhaps you could use the -5% setting on the primary, to restore nominal voltage on the secondary. Make sure to set it back when the issue is fixed, because this will mean 126V powering the 120V loads, when 454V is corrected to 480V.
