What transformer to use when you have 120/208V, 3 phase , 4 wire primary and 120/240V, 3 phase, 4 wire secondary?

Ignore the fact that the primary supply has a neutral conductor. Unless you are a utility, you will probably never ever wire a neutral conductor to the primary of a standard transformer.

Order a transformer with a 208V delta primary and a 240/120V 4 wire delta secondary.
