does 310.15(B)(2)(a) apply to a 480/277V step down to 208Y/120V 75 Kva transformer? its feeding a 200a panel. if i do the math right i would have to use 250kcnil to feed a 200a panel. please help if you know. thanks

310.15(B)(2)(a) applies to any installation that has 4 or more current carrying conductors. However, the neutral in this case may not be classified as a current carrying conductor. If not, then you would need 3/0 conductor. 310.15 has a number of exceptions you need to read.
