when turning on a transformer for a 480vac 75kva to 208 75kva, dose the transformer draw the full 90.2 amps?

The actual "inrush" current would be far greater than that albeit for a short duration.
some of the more professional folks here can elaborate but I was taught:
Approximately inrush current I(peak) is equal to the ratio between the root 2 times of maximum applied voltage to DC winding resistance.
