I have switchboard that has factory installed internal transformer 480V to 208/120V three phase and has primary and secondary conductors factory installed in switchboard. The switchboard has secondary panelboard factory installed its 150A 208/120V three phase
All inside the switchboard. The switchboard is UL listed


I am wondering does the internal transformer is usually already supplied with system bonding jumper factory installed or does one have to add system bonding jumper per NEC 2017 section 250.30?

The ones I have installed have a system bod jumper however they still needed a grounding electrode system unless they qualified under 250.30(A)(4)
