Would most transformer instruction delta to wye 15kva and above dry type indicate which point to connect to neutral secondary side?Does anyone know that have installed transformer

Yes, there should be instructions, and also a diagram label on the unit.

There should be a terminal marked X-0; that's the secondary neutral.

Maybe I'm confused about your question; this is pretty basic stuff.

There are variations as to having a 120v (only) secondary or a 240/120 and different manufactures might label terminals or conductors differently. As Larry suggests, research the specific transformer.
