Transformer

I am a first timer.

I have a question concerning a chiller,it's control and motor voltage is 200v and I am taking it off one machine and installing it on another. I have 3 phase 480v in the building, and have a transformer 480v to 240v.

My question is can I use this transformer and what effects will it have on the motors,relays,etc. if the transformer is putting out 240v?

May I ask what kind of chiller this is and are sure the voltage is 200 volts?

The chiller is for cooling the oil for burning plastic.
The relays and coils are 200v and I measured the voltage off the original transformer at 200v.
