Transformers Sizing

When replacing a transformer the code allows you to size it based on the actual load rather than the connected load if you have a record of that loading over the previous year. I cannot find that article/code reference or allowance in the code, does anyone know where I can find that reference?

Take a look at 220.87, including its Exception. There are two allowable methods, in addition to an accurate listing of all connected loads.
