A 75KVA Delta/Y transformer requires a #2 System Bonding Jumper.
If using a Grounding Electrode grounding/bonding connector (Kenny Clamp) on the electrode at the transformer housing is a System Bonding Jumper still required by the NEC? The GEC and the SBJ are the same size. I know it works but can it be supported in the Code? No deductive reasoning, straight forward reference to the Code.
Just curious. Trying to find an offset to the added cost. I understand the fault current discussions, I'm interested in the SBJ question.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Good question, from an electrical standpoint your use of the GEC as a SBJ is probably fine if the Kenny clamp is designed to handle the fault current. If I had to guess I would say that it is not and therefore cannot be used as you've described.
