INSTALLING A NEW TRANSFORMER. THE NEW FEED GOES THRU AN EXISTING 4160v TRANSFORMER. DO BOTH 4160 FEEDS HAVE TO COME FROM THE SAME FUSED SWITCH??? THANKS

If the new feed goes through the existing transformer, won't they already be controlled by the same switch?

Goes through it, as in, the wires are physically passing through the wiring compartment of the existing transformer?
