transition from (5) 500s to (4) 750s

We're trying to specify hardware to transition from (5) 500 kcmil conductors to (4) 750s. Our design shows piping layouts for the (5) 500s from the switchgear to the chiller, and we would like to transition in a box over top of the chiller to accommodate (4) 750s per phase.
I'd like to use a fixed-mount 1600-amp terminal per phase with provisions for the (5) 500s from the switchgear the (4) 750s to the chiller.
Can anyone recommend a product?

We would use a custom transition box with bus detail and lugs on the bus.
