Transitioning Multiply conduits to a single conduit

This seems like a relatively easy one except the size is a little large.

The goal is to transition 3 x 4" pvc sch40 pipe to a single 6" pvc pipe which will be buried. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with a similar transition.

I'd use a pull box or a hand hole.

My first concern would be derating by putting everything in one conduit, next would be fill.

Size a box per 314.28. Be careful of the radius and length on the 6" factory elbows. I hear 6" is very difficult to work with.
