Transmitter Mounting General Question

I was wondering when mounting a pressure transmitter, what is meant by the following mounting configurations? This would be for air, pressure, differential, etc. more for general knowledge. For example, if I mount something direct, is that referring to in process?

1. Flush
2. Direct
3. Surface
4. Yoke
