Is 2/0 tray cable the correct size for 200 amp feeder from main panel to trailer house panel or should it be 3/0 tray cable

May be wrong term the cable has 3-2/0 wires with ground it is direct burial wires we run from meter / main breaker to house panel under trailer sometimes in conduit or strapped under trailer

Mobile home feeder would be the most likely answer. It is direct bury but needs to be in conduit anywhere it is out of the ground.

Tray cable is cable rated for cable tray use
 
I just saw some last year that was also rated sunlight resistant and for direct burial. A four wire Cu cable.

Yes, a cable may have additional ratings. For instance, MV cable may have a tray rating. You would use MV cable article to determine the bending radius say, not the Cable Tray article.
