Yes. See Section 501.10(B)(1)(6). With the added provision that it be "...installed in a manner to avoid tensile stress at the termination fittings," it can be pretty much installed in any manner consistent with Articles 336 (Type TC) and 392 (Cable Trays) with no further restrictions. Of course, avoiding tensile stress at the termination is a good idea even if it isn't in a classified location.
