Tree lighting

Boxes located about 20 feet above grade.....cables draped through the tree limbs to spot lights - can see them if you zoom in on photo. Am I correct to be concerned about access to the boxes and general wire supports? Thanks

If you didn't do it I would not mess with it. Sure it is a violation, however, do you really want to mess with it and stapling it will probably be worse as the tree grows.

Almost all landscape lighting is low voltage. Those boxes in the picture look like LV transformers, but hard to tell.

It is permitted to install lighting in trees and attach the wiring directly to the tree, you just cannot span from one live tree to another.
