trench depth

What is the specification for direct bury cable 2/0 going underground from the transformer to the meter box? It is not going under any slabs or driveways or etc.

There appears to be an error in this chart.

Look at what it says for inches versus mm depth in the second row.

50mm does not equal 6 inches.
