Trip Charge + 1hr Min?

Got a question.....Im curios how everyone is charging in reguard to your min. service rate, and Trip Charges. I know some of you have a 2hr min. and that's ok...but, I charge Min Serv 1hr $xx.xx and a Trip Fee of $10. Is this the norm?

My first hour is $150, which includes the trip. Additional time is $100 if needed, but rare, but if it's not a simple fix, the repair cost is given at a separate, fixed price.

I charge a set price for a service call, and that includes the first hour.

That is pretty much how it is in my area, except the additional time is more like $120 and up per hour.
