Triplex for RV service

Hi! I was wondering if someone could help me comply with code on this......

I have a RV site that I would like to run power to....the only problem is it's 550 feet from my panel. I would have to run overhead and I have used some voltage drop calculators- maybe someone can verify wire size if I want to have at least 30A available at the other end?

And, I am correct in my understanding that I need to run a ground wire from panel to RV disconnect AND install ground rods/loop at the RV end?

Thank you in advance....
