Triplex Receptacles-Leviton Acenti?

I thought I remembered that there were some triplex receptacles that existed, and I have an application for one, so I went looking.

All I could find was Leviton Acenti for sale on ebay or Amazon, nothing from an actual supply house.

Matching wallplates also appear difficult to find.

Were these made and discontinued a long time ago?

Yes, I am trying to get the one shown on the right obviously but they seem hard to find.

They also have strange color names, not white/ivory/brown but weird things, so finding a wallplate might be difficult.

P&S LeGrand got rid of Sierra Electric in the late 1990's.

It would have been simpler when built. But it is already in now and we have a 1 gang to work with. My dim and foggy memory told me there was an outlet with more than 2 in existence but I guess that was not a big seller.

Acenti devices were discontinued at least 10 years ago. I installed quite a few but they never caught on. I never felt the quality matched the price point, certainly not compared to Legrand Adorne. They had a matching line of Z-Wave switches but I can’t remember the product line name. It started with an ‘A’ but it wasn’t Acenti.
