This maybe a question for contractor: for feeder or branch circuits, how do we check/test to know if the neutral wire touch ground wires or hot wire touch ground wire?

Remove the green bonding screw from the panel and do a continuity test.

Disconnect the neutral at the panel and see if you get a continuity reading between the neutral and the grounding.
